SA-8
The SA-8 is a fast, reliable tabletop semiautomatic probing system for wafers 200 mm and smaller. The SA-8 supports multi-die probing, mapping, inking and contact sense. The SA-8 comes in 3 models: an economical tabletop production system, an analytical system and a high speed Known Good Die (KGD) model. With configurations suitable for many probing applications, the SA-8 is easy to set up and operate.
