SA-4
The SA-4 is a fast, reliable tabletop semiautomatic probing system for wafers 100 mm and smaller. The SA-4 is the only 100 mm (4") prober on the market that offers not only semiautomatic operation, but also supports a full chamber option for probing below the dew point! The SA-4 comes in 3 models: an economical tabletop production system, an analytical system and an environmental chambered system. With configurations suitable for many probing applications, the SA-4 is easy to set up and operate.
