Our dicing blades are composed of abrasive materials embedded in a resin or metal matrix. Resin-bond  Blades are cured under pressure and high temperature, Metal-bond  Blades are sintered and Nickel-bond  Blades are manufactured using a tightly controlled electroforming process.
