Viettronics Binh Hoa joint stock Company was established in November 1979, as a member of the Vietnam Electronics & Informatics Corporation (VEIC). The office and factory of the company are located at 204 No Trang Long street, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. The company has a total land area of 35,010 square meters, of which 28,000 square meters are used for the office building and workshops. Including: at Ho Chi Minh City and at Ho Nai Branch (Dong Nai).

The Quality Management System of VBH Co. has been assessed by Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI) and found to be in accordance with the requirements of Quality Standards:

ISO 9001: 2000.

The Certificate of Approval was issued by BVQI on 16rd September 2000.
